From I-95, take Exit 55 to Blue Heron Boulevard. Travel east, turning on to Broadway heading south. Go straight on Broadway through three traffic lights until you reach 13th Street. Turn left on to 13th Street and follow until the end. Turn right on to Avenue C. Eastern Yacht Sales is the first boatyard on the right side of the street.

From the north, follow I-95 South until it changes to Route 1 (South Dixie Highway). Turn left (east) at the second traffic light onto SW 17th Street. Follow SW 17th Street to the end at S. Bayshore Drive. Turn right (south) on S. Bayshore Drive. Turn left (east) on Aviation Avenue; enter Monty's parking lot.
